Sometimes the questions of life get in the way of the real answer. Sometimes a question ends up keeping our world smaller rather than allowing us to be open and aware. It will keep us in the minutia rather than the birds-eye view.
There is often a question under the question. Similarly, in ThetaHealing®, we often find that the “issue” is not the issue. There is something deeper, begging to emerge that will be the thing to crack us open and widen our stance and our space of freedom. This takes a level of detachment. To see the truth requires that no answer is better than any other answer. And while we may be able to access that detachment for a moment, to glean the truth, the challenges arrive when we are confronted with what to actually do about it in 3-D.
In an effort to protect ourselves in life, we can sometimes develop armoring, which may protect us from others or an environment, but can also keep us from ourselves. To remove this armoring, while also remaining safe, can have some big implications. Upon seeing the answer through detachment, there is the fear that we will be invited to make big changes in our lives.
It is always my hope that through flower essences and ThetaHealing® things will be made easier. And I do believe that is the case. However, that is never the case when we use healing to armor ourselves from ourselves. We’ve probably all heard the saying or something to the effect of, “The only way out is through.” The tools of healing are best utilized on the journey through, which requires courage. The need for courage will ebb and flow, but it needs to remain on standby in order for the journey to take you somewhere new and improved.
Some healings are instantaneous, we recognize our inherent worth in a moment and our world is forever changed. Other times, the journey will be a mixture of relief, warmth, joy as well as courage and uncertainty. Life does not need to always engage dualism or contrast, but the openness to facing it is the entry into trust, worthiness and belief. And through that willingness, all things are possible.
